By using Invoicara, you agree to the following terms. They are written in plain English so they're easy to read.
The service
Invoicara is a free web tool that helps you create and download invoice PDFs. We do not store your invoices on our servers. You do not need an account to use the tool.
Use the tool responsibly
You agree to use Invoicara only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to send fraudulent invoices, impersonate others, evade taxes, or otherwise break the law.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. While we work to keep tax formats and country-specific rules accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee they will always be correct in every jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that the invoices you generate meet your legal and tax requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicara is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool. If something goes wrong, your remedy is to stop using the tool.
Intellectual property
The Invoicara name, design, and code are ours. The invoices you create are yours — we claim no rights to them.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.
